Straight off the heels of the Summer of Arcade line-up comes the announcement that three new Xbox LIVE Arcade games are planned for release on Wednesday:Shred Nebula(800 Microsoft Points),Pirates vs. Ninjas Dodgeball(800 Microsoft Points), andGin Rummy(400 Microsoft Points).
While there are numerous other top-down shooters taking up space on XBLA,Shred Nebulaisslightlydifferent in that the focus is primarily on the multiplayer combat. If that descriptor intrigues you, thengo watch the trailer— it does a better job of describing the game than I ever could.

We’ve already heard quite a bit about Blazing Lizard’sPirates vs. Ninjas Dodgeball, so at this point, there’s not much else to do besides actually playing the game. If by some reason youdon’t know aboutPvNDyet, it’s zombies, robots, ninjas, and pirates playing dodgeball … ’nuff said.
Lastly, there’sGin Rummy, which is pretty self-explanatory. There are 6 game modes in all with 4-player online multiplayer and Xbox LIVE Vision support (strip Gin Rummy anyone?).

So … is anyone else going to be sticking withCastle Crashersthis week?
