It’s been a long, long time since I’ve watched professional wrestling. Because of this I have no idea who M.V.P. is or what he does, but I assume that he is a pretty big star in the WWE because they chose him to do this video explaining motion capture for the upcomingSmackdown vs. Raw 2011.

Anyone in this day and age who still needs mo-cap explained to them probably doesn’t own a gaming system, but I still find the technology pretty awesome and the effect it has had on sports games is beyond noticeable. Go ahead and plug in some of your older wrestling games — or any other sport, for that matter — and look in awe and horror at how terribly everyone moves.
