inFamous 2, Sony’s second worst kept secret sinceKillzone 3, has re-emerged thanks to the discovery of a freshly registered domain for the game. Sony has reserved “infamous2thegame.com” for unannounced purposes. and at the risk of taking something too literally, we’re pretty sure the domain is forinFamous 2, the game.
The game is no secret. An actor Tweeted that he hadauditioned for the game, and many rumors have circulated since about the gameappearing at E3, havingonline multiplayer, andreleasing later this year.
Of course, publishers have a massive hard-on for their own PR department, so don’t expect Sony to confirm this until it’s got a pretty press release all written up. Really though,Resistance 3, Killzone 3, LittleBigPlanet 2andinFamous 2are all blatantly happening, so it might as well give up the pretense and get ’em announced.
