The WiiWare version needs to be compressed, due to Nintendo’s restrictions for the service, so Wii owners will have to wait for now. It’s not coming out in November, at the very least. PC gets Meat Boy — and theMinecraftdude, as an unlockable — during the last week of this month; only the Steam edition will have achievements. And Mac? “Later.”
As for the SNES version, look for that in your dreams. You might have expected it to come in aMaximumCarnage-style red cartridge, but nope — black all the way.
