Half-Life 2,Episode One,Episode 2,Lost Coast,Portal, andTeam Fortress 2… for $10. Crazy, isn’t it? I’m extremely curious to see what kind of effect this is going to have on sales, because I am a huge nerd, obviously. But beyond that, it could mean good things for the future.
Maybe we’ll be lucky enough to have Valve divulge how big of a boost in salesThe Orange Boxwill have received from this sale, but I’m not counting on it. Something tells me the company might use the data to push the idea of massive price reductions for absurd profits on other publishers, which would be fantastic for us consumers.
