Anyone who passed onAliens vs. Predator—there were a number of good reasons to do so, in my opinion — might want to take a second look at Rebellion’s latest. Throughout this weekend, Steam is offering the first-person shooter for $33.49 (regularly $49.99 for the PC version).
At that price, it should be significantly easier to justify. That said, I can easily picture future sales that will dropAliens vs. Predatorto far lower prices. Likewise, it might be better to wait it out, hoping that some of the more broken aspects of the game get patched.
Then again, it’s not very often we get a game about Xenomorphs, Predators, or in this case, both. To quote my old psych professor, “suck it up, cupcake!”
