This trailer forSuper Mega Worm, a game for iPod/iPhone expected to release later this month, amuses the hell out of me. Part of this is down to the presentation, the way it lures you in with that achingly-slow progression of pollution. That bit is so boring the worm automatically looks more awesome.
But the worm is pretty awesome already. According to the game’s description at thedeveloper’s website, this is the Great Death Worm Wojira. It shoots fireballs and laser beams and eats things in defense of Mother Earth. They had me at “Great Death Worm Wojira.”
