Wednesday will see the release of two Live Arcade puzzlers,SwitchballandWord Puzzle. Each game will set you back by 800 Microsoft Points, should you deem them worthy of purchase.
Switchballis one of those “get from point A to point B” games in which you guide a ball through a series of unnecessarily complex mazes. It features some fancy visuals and 2-player co-op in addition to 8-player competitive racing.
Casual gamers andmanly menrejoice, asWord Puzzleis right up your alley. It definitely reminds me ofanother popularword-finding game, but I’ve been informed that it “contains 95% less worms than the leading competition.” I’d be all for that if we were discussing dairy products, but I’m a firm believer that games aboutwormsare pretty damn awesome.
