Here’s something I know I’ve been waiting to see. Sony gave Tokyo Game Show attendees a look at the making of Team ICO’s upcoming PS3 title,The Last Guardian, and the developer diary video is followed up with a new trailer for the game. (Here’s theoriginal trailer from E3, as well as somescreenshots.)

Its creator, Fumito Ueda, talks about what he wanted to accomplish withThe Last Guardianand how, even though many of the things we’ll encounter in the game don’t exist in real life, they still feel realistic. He speaks about how the now-familiar creature you’ll interact with in the game has muscles that move within it, and how things like suspension bridges and pieces of the environments will behave like you’d expect, real or not.
