Okay, out of all the lame titles I’ve written today, that was the lamest. Anyway, the day of kick-arse trailers continues withThe Last Remnant, a new RPG coming to both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. You can forget yourBlue Dragon, this is the kind of thing I want to see more of when it comes to traditional Japanese role playing. Playing a decades old game mechanic in the new generation might be pretty rubbish, and in one sense it is, but we still want it, so who are the developers to do any different than deliver turn-based gaming to the masses? You can bet that my monocle-wearing eye shall be paying close heed toThe Last Remnant, as I pray for greatness. By all accounts, this should be a damn good one, provided the rather awesome looking story holds up.
