They dress up as their favorite characters, have a full blown course with “real” environmental effects, and enemies like Chain-Chomps and Thwomps (“I’m a Thwomp, I Thwomp people”) to attack the racers.
They even have weapons to throw at each other. Mushrooms, bananas, green, red and blue (Ninja) turtle shells.
