Not only is it among the best point & click adventures ever made, but it’s one of my favorite games period. The more adult theme, the strong and witty female protagonist, the epic adventure from a time when the word “epic” still had meaning, the mix of magic and science fiction, and the best crow sidekick in gaming history; there are just too many reasons whyThe Longest Journeyhas the status it has to list them all in here.
At four bucks it’s a steal, if only so you may ditch those four CDs and have it at the ready whenever you feel like taking on April Ryan’s adventure once more. Today would be a good day to start it up again, don’t you think?
