Since everything from this point out is now being considered spoilers, the name of this feature must evolve with Sakurai’s wishes. On Monday, Captain Falcon’s stage,Port Town Aero Dive, was shown off. It’s fromF-Zero GXand is more or less similar to theMelee F-Zerostage as you’re on a platform that flies all over the track. On Tuesday, another stage was revealed and this one is the remake ofFinal Destination. Well, it’s not really a remake as it’s still a small flat platform that’s being transported through different wormholes. This is also Master Hand’s map. Wednesday went over some of theAssist Trophies. A Metroid, Tingle, Drill Dozer, Lakitu (pwns!) and others are briefly shown off.
Thursday revealed the return ofMarth. His special moves, Final Smash, and general tips on how to use Marth are detailed on his profile page. Today’s update started off withZero Suit Samus Final Smash. She becomes a giant ball of energy that will hurt anyone that’s near her while her Power Suit returns to her body. It’s also revealed that players can take her suit off whenever they want to during a battle without having to get the Smash Ball. The second update for today of a little cinematic video of Meta Knight and Marthsquaring offbefore realizing they’re on the same team.
