And it’s kind of hysterical! The concept of shouting into a microphone as the main method of input isn’t new toPewPewPewPewPewPewPewPewPew, a recent Xbox Live Indie game release, but it’s charmed me enough to give it a quick mention here.

So yeah, this is a 2D shooter in which one person yells into a microphone to enable your character’s jetpack, and a separate person (hopefully a buddy) makes noise into adifferentmicrophone to fire your character’s gun. Needless to say, wacky hijinks are bound to ensue.

I happened to playPPPPPPPPPwith Conrad, and after we got tired of using “pew” as our go-to word, we moved onto “fap,” since that’s how we rollon Saturday mornings. The $3 asking price pushes this game out of impulse-buy territory for many, but it’s worth at least playing the demo for a laugh.
