I’m not ashamed to admit that I’m a fan of Mark Wahlberg’s work. His performance inFearwill have me keeping a close eye on my future daughter, and P.T. Anderson’sBoogie Nightsis — without a doubt — one of my favorite films of all time. Also, “Good Vibrations” is my ring tone when Niero calls me.So I’ve been very open to the film adaptation ofMax Payne, starring Wahlberg and Mila Kunis. But after seeing this International trailer for the film, I’m not sure what to think anymore. Sure, it actually looks like a pretty decent action movie, with a lot of things exploding and Wahlberg really embracing the whole brooding ex-cop thing. But then there’s monsters … with wings … and something about Satan.Granted, it’s been awhile since I’ve playedMax PayneorMax Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne, but I don’t remember killing any demons. Or do I?
