Celebrating the 30 year anniversary of Star Wars’Empire Strikes Back, THQ is partnering up with ngmoco to makeStar Wars Imperial Academyfor the iPhone and iPod Touch.
TheEliminateengine from ngmoco will go into a first-person shooter game where you play as a stormtrooper recruit. You’ll go up against other recruits in four-player multiplayer battles across the Star Wars galaxy. Expect mobile deathmatch action in Hoth, Cloud City, and Tatooine, using weapons straight out of the series.
For ngmoco, makers of the fantastic Rolando, this will be their first property-based game. They sayStar Wars Imperial Academyis coming “soon” to the iTunes App Store.
