It’s the year 2027 and the nuclear powered Korean People’s Army have taken over the United States of America. Yes, America is Korea’s bitch in THQ’sHomefront, but the occupiers are at least thoughtful. They’ve released a pamphlet to help Americans deal with their new overloads.
The viral isn’t obviously tied toHomefrontbut after asking about iton Twitter, a few people clued me into what was this was all about. This viral is really well done and it’s filled with a ton of propaganda. One page that really stood out to me states that “We are here to help you. You have suffered. Now we are here. You will become better.”
The pamphlet also has a number you can call (888.788.4134) that plays an automated message. There’s also awebsite full ofthe New Korean Federation’s propaganda that you can check out.
Virals are designed to get people interested in a product and THQ has done a good job of getting me interested. I didn’t care aboutHomefrontat all but now I’m interested.
