EA is going to have to cue up their own fight song in court, as Composer Gerard Willis is suing the publisher for the use of his composition “Win With The Rebels,” the University of Las Vegas Nevada fight song.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal says that Willis is looking for $150,000 per use. Unfortunately for EA, they packed it into 10 of their sports titles, includingNCAA Basketball 2009,NCAA Football 2006through2009,and a few of theMarch Madnesstitles.
