The nextFinal FantasyMMO will be a hard sell for some. The last was wicked slow and unrewarding. But it had some interesting and unique ideas, some of which will hopefully see the light of day again inFinal Fantasy XIV. It’ll be a bit before we know for sure — months after release even if the snorefest grind ofFFXIsees reimplementation — but we can at least say that the game lookspretty.
Square Enix Japan has released a new video (available below the fold) for the game ontheir YouTube channel. On top of having some light (Japanese) narration, it proudly displays game’s visuals by giving viewers a virtual tour of a city and its people. Notice that not even a single person is crafting Beetle Armor.
