This week’s PlayStation Store downloadable game releases are a mouthful. Really. As we reported earlier,Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Carsis now availableat a lower price($9.99) and it’s ready to quench your Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars thirst. Penny Arcade’s second episode ofPenny Arcade Adventures: On The Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness($14.99) has finally hit the Store as well. Expect another adventure full of weird inside jokes that you won’t understand unless you’ve been glued to their Web site for the last few years.
As for Add-on Game Content,LittleBigPlanet’s Festive Pack($2.99) is good to go. We talked about the specifics of what it contained last week. It’s the right price for the content, although that weird gimp version of Sackboy still creeps me out. If a level pack isn’t your thing, the Santa Hat and Beard combo (free) is a pleasant gift to fans.
