Here’s a brand new developer diary forThe War of the Worlds, being developed by Other Ocean and coming soon to PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade. It looks decent. Graphics and animations aren’t anything to write home about, sure, but I’m a total sucker for everything else they’re saying in this video. When someone starts throwing about that their inspirations are classic 16-bit titles likeFlashbackandOut of this World, my first reaction is to want to buy them a nice dinner and maybe go back to my place afterwards.
