Here’s a new gameplay video of upcoming PSP titleYs: The Oath in Felghana, which you’ll better know as its original release,Ys III: Wanderers from Ys, first offered in 1989. Nihon Falcom redid the game for PC and now PSP, and the update looks all “Metroidvania,” which is totally fine by me. This version has new graphics, an updated story and rockin’ music. From what I understand the score is almost completely live instrumentation.
This is the kind of gameplay video I like. You’re just watching someone play, which feels real compared to the “showcased” videos we sometimes get. In the video you’ll see Adol miss a jump across a gap only to come back later and do it right.Â
