CDV Software is trying something absolutely brilliant in regards to DRM. Today, the company sent out a press release saying that anyone who wants to try out the full version ofSacred 2can. The kink is that the prospective player will need to grab a buddy’s disc and the access only lasts 24 hours. Despite the minimal amount of time, CDV is hoping that allowing players to legally share the game will curb potential piracy....

Just clicked on the Wii Shop channel to see if there were any Christmas surprises, and wadda-ya-know, Sega’s putting some of their Genesis games on sale.Sonic 1,2, and3,Gunstar Heroes,Streets of Rage 2,Puyo Puyo 2, and even theCitizen Kaneof videogamesitself are available for just $5 each from now until January 6th, 2010. That’s a whole $3 cheaper than usual. Why is Sega putting on this unprecedented sale? Tecmo Koei has announce its Tokyo Game Show line-up and the words “ninja,” “gaiden,” “dead,” “or,” and “alive” are sadly absent. Namco Bandai invited us out to their offices in Japan to see the Tokyo Game Show line-up before the show opens today.
