At its panel at PAX Prime today, Gearbox Software revealed that a patch will be hitting the PC version ofBorderlandson September 9. The patch will not only add support for Steamworks (which will bring cloud saving to the two-year-old shooter), but will help the developer test tech it plans to include in future titles likeBorderlands 2. According to Gearbox president Randy Pitchford, the technology will send player data back to the developer — details like what guns are being used or what areas aren’t seeing any foot traffic....
