Final Fantasy III for iPad is only $1 more

Final Fantasy IIIcame out for the iPhone recently, and now an iPad version follows. It looks really nice! Square Enix says that it has improved visuals for the iPad, and that the interface has been optimized for the tablet format. This bigger, better version of the iPhone game (which was a DS game before that) is only going to cost you $1 more on the App Store today. It’s $16.99. While I appreciate the graphical bump and control tweaks, Square Enix could have just as easily made this a Universal App....

Last month we got asneak peakatFinal Fantasy: Dissidia, and now Square Enix is giving us a full video preview of their PSP fighting game. First media for graffiti-centric PSN platformer Sideway

The newly revealedSidewayis exactly the kind of game I would expect to see on PlayStation Network. At first glance — especially when looking at static images — it’s hard to tell what’s so unique about Playbrains’ platformer. Your character is actually a two-dimensional painting running around in a three-dimensional urban world. The PlayStation Bloghas a trailerwhich gets the point across rather nicely. If you happen to be in the San Diego area this weekend,Sidewayis playable at Comic-Con (booth #4436)....
