PAX has come and gone, and everyone that went can easily tell you it was the best time of their lives. It was just unbelievable how many of you came out to hang out with Dtoid. People came all the way from England, New Zealand, New York, Canada, Australia and all over the place because of some dude with a robot fetish. From amazing hats, to strippers with stickers, to drinking Cristal in the streets of Seattle, to so much more, it was an absolute blast hanging out with all of you....

I recently got a headset to review! I don’t know exactly how much there is to say about a headset in an intro, but I’ll try anyway. So, it’s got a microphone, and it’s got some cushy ear cushions, and you put it on your head and talk into it when you play games likeTeam Fortress 2andDemigod, or when you’re having a Skype/Stickam party with a bunch of crazy drunks and Chooly is pinching his nipple on camera....

I’ve wanted to playGhost Trickever since I readDale’s TGS:09 previewof the game. I didn’t necessarily want tobuyit, but based on its creative team alone, I wanted to at least try it. All of theAce Attorneygames released so far are good-to-amazing, so it’s hard to imagine that something from the same creative team could be a true disappointment. Still,Ace Attorneyloyalty wasn’t enough to totally sell me on the game.Ghost Trickis just looks so “different”, and when a game is like nothing you’ve ever played before, it’s hard to know beforehand if it’s worth a +$30 gamble....

I think it’s time for another personal confession. I…wow, this is really tough. Okay. deep breath I have never finishedChrono Trigger. Not once. I don’t even have any idea how far into the game I am because I have either skillfully avoided any sort of spoiler for the game or didn’t know I’d seen one when it happened. Despite my best efforts, attempting at least once yearly for a decade, the game remains sadly uncompleted....

Sony’s US Gamer Portal site has allegedlybeen hackedand now plays host to a trojan that is attempting to steal the credit card details of those visiting theSingStarandGod of Warpromotional pages. It’s a very by-the-book scam — the trojan activates a pop-up warning you of the deadly diseases your computer has contracted, performs a fake system scan and then kindly offers to fix all your problems if you hand over your credit card information....

Canadian Defense Minister Peter MacKay has become the latest in a growing line of people who presume to speak for their entire country and for every soldier in the world, criticizingMedal of Honorfor its Taliban shenanigans and implying that anybody who enjoys the upcoming game hates Western freedom. “The men and women of the Canadian Forces, our allies, aid workers, and innocent Afghans are being shot at, and sometimes killed, by the Taliban,” says MacKay, telling us something we totally didn’t know....

A sunset ferry ride is the last thing I would ever lump with coverage of a videogame, much less a videogame dealing with the violent struggle and sea battles in the World War II Pacific. Hornet for hands-on of Eidos’Battlestations: Pacific....

Several things came to mind when I first heard ofRed Johnson’s Chronicles. I thought it perhaps the heroic tale of one man’s struggle to survive in a post-apocalyptic planet overrun by one-legged banshees. Or maybe, I hypothesized, you play as an elderly gentleman librarian whose chronicles were stolen and now you must search the globe in order to retrieve them! I even wondered for a second if it was about a giant anthropomorphic penis that breaks loose from its owner and goes on a terrorizing rampage around the city before finally devouring a bus full of tourists....
